The industry stopped making manual posting optional.
For years, parking companies could defer the integration question. The cost was real, the complexity was real, and most hotel clients were not pushing hard enough to force a decision. That changed.
Large hotel brands and full-service hotel chains are now requiring PMS integration as a condition of their parking contracts. Operators who relied on manual processes or third-party workarounds with flaky integrations are being told to get compliant or get replaced. The integration problem became an existential one.
